In Gainesville, it has been reported that a 16 year old managed to slip through security and stow himself away in the wheel of a U.S. Airways plane this month. Unfortunately, Delvonte Tisdale was still inside of the wheel when the airplane took off and he fell thousands of feet from the sky.
The plane was on its way from North Carolina to Boston and sources say that Tisdale's mangles body was later found in a Milton, Massachusetts neighborhood.
Now, it has been reported that Tisdale's family is planning to file a wrongful death lawsuit for their loss. An attorney representing the family said, "It is shocking to think that a 16-year-old could somehow get in the undercarriage of a plane." The family believes that negligent security played a role in Tisdale's tragic death.
