Auto Accident Kills Three Victims
Tragedy struck in Miami, Florida last weekend when a multi-vehicle accident took the life of three people.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a small car was seen going north in the southbound lanes of an interstate. Because of this, it came as no surprise that the vehicle crashed into one car, and then another, seriously injuring several individuals and killing three people.
Amongst the victims were a young woman and her unborn child. Reports indicate that the young woman lost her life a few hours after the accident upon arriving at a medical facility. All three victims were taken by medical helicopter to the hospital for treatment.
As a result of the car accident, the roadway was shut down for five hours as officers investigated the scene. Although additional details about the accident are scarce, officers did comment that they will be checking for alcohol in the blood work of the driver of the small motor vehicle.
